My knowledge of Elvis is limited to caricatures from looney toons and other cartoons, and hearing his music on movies. I know next to nothing about him. A Couple weeks ago I saw the Elvis Presley movie, and I admit, I was impressed. The rhythm, acting, pacing, coloring, costumes and visuals were excellent. Tom Hanks and the actor that played Elvis were very believable. In the first 10 minutes, Colonel Parker, payed by Tom Hanks, said something really profound: "It doesn't matter if you do 10 stupid things, if you do one smart thing." Not only is it an excellent quote, but its excellent advice. Most people are too concerned with failing or looking stupid, while other people, who don't care about failing or looking stupid, end up finding success.
