Fists Of Fiction

  The Queens Gambit came out in 2020 and I remember the hype. Usually, when a show is hyped up and the vast majority of people call the newest hyped show, "The BEST SHOW OF ALL TIME!!" I tend to ignore it, then I'll wait till the hype dies down and see what its about. A couple years go by, I forget about it, and last week, after I stomped all my coworkers in Chess (I mated someone in 6 moves), a co-worker asked me if I've seen Queens Gambit. After I told him no, he looked at me crazy and said I should watch it. I'm "Deployed" to Germany, I didn't have much going on the next day, so I said why not.  The next day, I Came back from the gym, ate, showered, saw I had about 2 hours before work, so I pulled it up...and WOW. First thirty minutes I was hooked.  The cinematography, the sound, the actors, and the COLORS, especially the COLORS, were fantastic. So, for the next, I dunno how long, I'm going to be talking about Queens Gambit and everything I go...
